1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or subscribing to VELURGE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Standalone Software & Managed Growth Subscriptions
Software Only: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis (Core $297/mo, Growth $497/mo, Scale $697/mo). The client is responsible for internal usage and their own marketing campaigns.
Managed Growth: Includes advertising management ($1,500/mo) and a qualifying Growth software subscription ($250/mo) for one agreed channel, totaling $1,750/mo. Advertising spend is billed directly by Google or Meta. If advertising management is discontinued, software access transitions to the standard standalone tier selected by the customer.
3. Usage Charges & Pass-Through Costs
Variable pass-through carrier charges for telephony (minutes), SMS (segments), email deliverability, and generative AI tokens are billed directly at wholesale usage rates.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Financial Outcomes
VELURGE provides software, conversion architectures, automation systems, and professional campaign management. We do not promise or guarantee specific lead quantities, closed revenue figures, or return on investment. Real outcomes depend on market variables, contractor closing skills, local pricing, and competitive factors.
